JC Industrial Successfully Concludes Team-Building Trip to Dream Baihuazhou at Songshan Lake

As 2020 was drawing to a close, Dongguan JC Industrial Co., Ltd., a manufacturer specializing in Pogo Pins and Pogo Pin connectors, continued to move forward alongside its employees despite intense industry competition and the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To recognize employees’ hard work and dedication, the company decided to organize a team-building event featuring sightseeing and a barbecue. The activity aimed to strengthen team cohesion, foster a sense of belonging, encourage teamwork, and align employees around the company’s development goals. On November 7, 2020, all JC Industrial employees set off for Dream Baihuazhou at Songshan Lake for a memorable day together.

The morning of November 7 was bright and sunny. At 7:30 a.m., all employees gathered at the factory entrance for attendance checks, loaded supplies onto the vehicles, and received matching hats. At 8:00 a.m., everyone boarded the buses and departed for Dream Baihuazhou at Songshan Lake.

After a journey of approximately 30 minutes, the group arrived at the destination. Stepping off the buses, employees were greeted by a gentle breeze and beautiful natural scenery. Away from the noise of machinery in the production workshops, everyone could relax and enjoy the refreshing outdoor atmosphere. The group then gathered at the entrance of Dream Baihuazhou for a memorable group photograph.

After entering the park, employees worked together to transport food and supplies to the designated barbecue area. Since there was still plenty of time before lunch, everyone formed small groups to explore the park and enjoy its beautiful surroundings.

As lunchtime approached, employees returned to the barbecue area and enthusiastically worked together to wash and prepare the ingredients. Once the preparations were complete, the first main activity began — a self-service barbecue!

Each group demonstrated its cooking skills while colleagues moved between the different barbecue stations, sampling delicious food and sharing laughter. The lively atmosphere brought everyone closer together.

Sitting around the tables like old friends, employees set aside the pressures and seriousness of their daily work. They enjoyed beer, refreshments, and freshly grilled food while chatting about life and sharing amusing stories from the workplace. These conversations often sparked bursts of laughter and created a warm, cheerful atmosphere.

From dividing responsibilities during food preparation to helping one another throughout the barbecue, everyone experienced the power of teamwork and the satisfaction of achieving a shared goal.

At 4:30 p.m., the barbecue came to an end, marking the successful conclusion of the team-building activity. Employees then began their journeys home, taking with them wonderful memories of the day.
