JC Industrial Organizes Team-Building Trip — A One-Day Visit to Yinxian Mountain Villa

As a manufacturer specializing in pin and socket contacts, Pogo Pins, and Pogo Pin connectors, Dongguan JC Industrial Co., Ltd. has faced intense industry competition and the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite these difficulties, the company and its employees have continued working together toward sustainable growth and development.

Although the pandemic had not yet completely ended, JC Industrial remained committed to fulfilling its earlier promise to organize a company trip for employees. Despite the potential risks, the company proceeded with the activity while strictly following pandemic prevention and control requirements. All participants were required to have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine before joining the group activity.

To enrich employees’ cultural and recreational lives and strengthen team cohesion, JC Industrial organized a company-wide team-building trip to Yinxian Mountain Villa in Changping Town on November 20, 2021. The event included a group barbecue, recreational activities, and opportunities for employees to relax and spend time together outside the workplace.

The day’s itinerary was arranged as follows:

1. 7:30 AM – Employees gathered at the factory entrance, with departure scheduled for 8:00 AM.
2. Upon Arrival – All participants took a group photo at the entrance of Yinxian Mountain Villa before enjoying the attractions and recreational activities at their own pace.
3. 12:00 PM – Everyone gathered at the designated barbecue area for a group barbecue and self-heating meals.
4. Afternoon and Evening – After lunch, employees were free to explore the park and enjoy its entertainment facilities. Each participant brought a boxed meal, and everyone returned to the dining area at 5:30 PM for another barbecue. Following dinner, employees enjoyed free time and watched the evening light show.
5. 8:00 PM – All participants gathered at the bus parking area, and the buses departed for the factory at 8:10 PM.

The wonderful day came to a close with happy memories and shared experiences. Although everyone was tired after a full day of activities, the trip was filled with laughter, enjoyment, and a strong sense of togetherness.
